The location of the facility is the town of Przezmark, which is located in the Pomeranian province. The cottages are located in the buffer zone of the Iława Lake District and Dylewskie Hills Landscape Park on Lake Motława Wielka.

Wooden cottage No. 1 (65 m2- 10 persons max.),

Year-round with full sanitary and kitchen facilities (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave).The cottage has two large bedrooms on the first floor each has two double beds, one of them has access to a large terrace and an additional TV. On the first floor there is a living room in which there are two sofas (one of them convertible) two armchairs, a TV and a fireplace which heats the whole house in winter. The equipment is a washing machine, dishwasher, 2 TVs, 2 refrigerators, gas stove with elecrtic oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. On the large outdoor terrace there is a brick barbecue and a table with chairs ora stork's nest swing. At the disposal of guests 5-person boat, the distance to the lake is about 250m, the forest a distance of 300m. The area around the cottage is fully fenced with a swing for adults and a playground for children, area 565 m2.

HOUSE #2 (85m2- 14 people max).

The area of the house is 85m2 including three bedrooms (first- 3 double beds, second- 2 double beds, third- 1 double bed, 1 single bed. (Extra bed possible ), living room with kitchenette and two bathrooms.(The house will accommodate a maximum of 14 people). Equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove with oven and two TVs, microwave, coffee maker. Outside there is a large covered terrace with a brick grill and a large table and chairs, a swinging stork's nest. The area around the cottage fenced with an area of 798 m2. On the premises there is a children's playground with a slide, a rocker and a sandbox, as well as a hammock and for cloudy days a large table football.
