We highly recommend staying at Willa Jedruś. Very nice, clean and neat rooms with bathrooms. Delicious food and nice owner. Good connection to Zakopane, close to stores and other ...e attractions. We were with our daughter and our dog. Everything super :)

Unfortunately the weekend purchased for our parents did not materialize. We bought 2 groupons for our parents for the weekend and booked the date for September according to the description in the offer that they can be ...I made by phone or email. Today i.e. 01.09 after the phone call to determine from what time is the hotel night we found out that we do not have a reservation...if it were not for this phone call parents would have gone and on the spot found out that they have nowhere to sleep!!! Mrs. informed that she made a preliminary reservation and should have sent the groupon number by e-mail, about which she did not inform at the first contact, because in this way she will not try to get a customer because she has enough calls about rooms every day. Unfortunately she did not offer anything, very unsympathetic and not customer oriented. I do not recommend, maybe she treats customers not from groupon differently, but in that case why does she advertise there.
