There are 2 apartments in the building - one on the first floor, the other in the attic. The apartments are new, after general renovation, with a higher standard. The building has a common staircase.

Currently, there is a loft apartment with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway.

In the first bedroom there are: 3 single beds, dresser with TV, 2 bedside tables with lamps.

In the second bedroom there are: 2 single beds, dresser, 2 bedside tables with lamps.

The kitchen is equipped with household appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, induction), dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, jugs, glasses, wine glasses, electric kettle, tea and coffee making facilities, a folding table with six chairs and air conditioning. Dishwashing utensils, dishwasher tablets, cleaning accessories and other kitchen accessories are also available.

In the hallway there is a cabinet with built-in shelves and hangers for jackets.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a toilet, a towel rack, a bathroom trash can, a cabinet with a sink above which there is a mirror with a wall sconce, a hair dryer, toilet paper, hand towel.

We provide guests with towels, soap, linens, iron and ironing board if needed, warm blankets for cold days.

There is its own backyard with car parking and a public balcony.

In the vicinity of the facility there are Biedronka, Kaufland, Żabka, Orlen, McDonald's, Pepco, Kik, Jysk, Martes, Mrówka, clothing stores.

Pisz is a town located on the Pisa River and Lake Rus, in the Land of the Great Masurian Lakes. The Piska Forest stretches all around, and the natural views are beautiful. Pisz is a great base, there are many paths and bicycle trails, you can rent canoes, pedal boats, go canoeing, ship cruises. In the summer, you can take a cruise on the ship "Smetek" on Lake Roś.

In Pisz itself it is worth seeing: Pisz Land Museum, Neo-Gothic Town Hall, St. John the Baptist Church, Stone Baba, Pressure Tower, Melchior Wańkowicz Monument, Regelbau 502 shelter.
