What is it like in our place? Our place is a small village, discovered by few.

Stara Stolarnia is a detached house, located next to the house of the hosts. There is a newly decorated attic apartment "In the meadows": kitchenette, bathroom with shower, spacious living room (with sofa bed, TV, ironing equipment), as well as two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds with the option to join).

The kitchen is fully equipped, you can cook to your heart's content. You will find an electric hob, refrigerator, kettle, microwave and all the necessary accessories. There is also a place for barbecue and campfire (we provide wood and charcoal for the grill). The nearest grocery store is located 2 km from us. If you prefer a ready meal - there are plenty of pubs in the area, which we can gladly recommend.

Caring for the relaxation of guests, we have prepared in the garden a hammock, a garden swing, deck chairs. A large, fenced garden also allows our youngest guests to have fun. Kids can play on the playground, jump on the trampoline, splash in the pool or lie on the grass watching the clouds. They can enjoy board games and puzzles and the children's library. We also have balls and badminton sticks in stock, so boredom doesn't threaten them.

From here you can make a quick trip to the forest, river, lake. We are in close proximity to forests and great walking and biking trails. In Rucian-Nida, less than 4 km away, there is a bicycle rental. You can enjoy the charms of the water, freely changing beaches: from developed to wild, bathing somewhere else every day. In addition, in our area we recommend:

* canoeing on the Krutynia River - the most beautiful river in Masuria,

* charter sailing and motor boats, pedalos and boats in nearby ports,

* Forests, abundant in mushrooms,

* Ferry crossing on the route Wierzba - Mikolajki,,

* Wildlife Park in Kadzidlowo (lynx reintroduction is something!),

* horse stud for those who like to gallop,

* Rope Park in Ruciane-Nida.

* PAN station, museum, animal enclosures and Polish horse breeding,

* The stylized Old Prussian settlement of Galindia.

Preparing our Old Woodhouse for guests, we dreamed of sharing the beauty of what also delights us. Within a radius of a few hundred meters around us there are no neighbors, instead we are surrounded by patches of fields and meadows and a small forest - right at our fingertips. There is no need for an alarm clock here - in the morning we are greeted by screaming cranes and the clatter of storks. We have no distractions outside the window - only pure greenery. Deer, foxes and hares drop by for a visit. Given that we are in a village, we have all its charms including flies and mosquitoes on warm days ;)

We also have fantastic views of sunrises and sunsets and stretches of millions of stars all the way to the horizon. That's why our property is not a place for noisy parties - it's a place where you relax slowly and effectively by design. Come and slow down with us.
