I do not know who wrote the previous reviews but they are greatly exaggerated !!! In the Holiday Charm we lived on the first floor. Room clean and cozy. On tv power of programs. Yes the bed was metal but very comfortable ...odne, bedding clean. Balcony outside perfect for eating breakfast. The gentlemen at the reception very helpful !!! Nowhere in the room there were no vermin etc. We were without kids but the place was perfect for kids. You couldn't see kids with phones in hand because they were busy playing. Maybe the only downside is the lack of air conditioning but for the money you pay for rent don't expect a 5 star hotel. I recommend 100%
I do not recommend, the rooms vary greatly in standard, you can end up with dark, damp and dirty rooms. We changed the room, of course, with a surcharge. Garbage bags and toilet paper on their own. Price in ...Food is different from the price listed on the website, the restaurant is not located on the premises of the resort. I advise you not to forget anything because after cleaning it is impossible to get it back - the owner will ask for proof of leaving something (very logical!!), blaming it on an external cleaning company. In summary, the price is not adequate to the standard and service, for the same money you can find a much better resort in the area, we were attracted by the attractions for children, but they do not compensate for the low standard.
