About the facility

The house is located on the territory of our farm, which includes a vineyard. It has been moved to Novica and will be returned to guests in 2021.

It consists of spacious 2 bedrooms /in each there is a large double bed and a single bed/, fully equipped kitchen /refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, etc./ bathroom and living room. An additional 40 meters is a veranda on the south side with a panoramic view of the Novica valley.

There are no houses in the immediate vicinity - only a vineyard and meadows.

The house is a year-round house, heated in winter with a fireplace and underfloor heating. It provides a comfortable stay at any time of the year.

Guests are given the entire house for exclusive use, we also provide a set of towels and organic household chemicals.

Free cancellation of the reservation before payment of the deposit. After payment of the deposit, the cancellation fee is 40% of the cost of the stay.
