Our guest house is an 18th century Dutch Windmill located in a picturesque and peaceful area and at the same time close to the sea - only 3km from Niechorze, where you will find romantic guest rooms with a beautiful view from behind shuttered windows of the vast fields, meadows, Lake Liwia Luza and the sea in the distance.

The area by the Windmill is an ideal place for children to relax and play.

Throughout the area there are for guests to relax garden furniture, benches and large wooden tables, a large hammock, for example, to rest under the trees on hot days or to relax with a book swing, you can make a barbecue or a bonfire with us.

Unlike other resorts, we have a lot of space and greenery, where guests often sunbathe on blankets spread out on the lawn in complete freedom, and there is plenty of area for children to play. There is also a barbecue where guests can feast until late in the evening. The resort uses a variety of renewable energy sources. You can see on site working photovoltaic cells, wind turbines and solar hot water collectors where our guests really enjoy taking a holiday shower outside.

Live in a Historic Windmill overlooking fields and meadows.

The entire Windmill for max. 13 people (6 double beds, 1 single bed) for exclusive use for a minimum of 2 days.
You can also rent a single four-bedroom cottage by the Windmill, a cottage by the pond or a cottage by the swing.

The layout of the windmill varies, and it is important to remember that the higher you live, the more beautiful the view from the windows of the area.
The windmill has the structure of a cone tapering to the top, so the rooms above are slightly smaller than those below, but this is compensated by the view from the window from each room to a different side of the world. From the windows you can see Lake Liwia Luz, Zenobia Horse Stables, extensive fields and the coastal route.

On the first floor of the Windmill there are 2 bedrooms, kitchen, wc with shower, then a large room with a separate bathroom and wc.
On the first floor there is also a romantic living room with a fireplace equipped with antique antique furniture for spending pleasant moments and tv.

Rooms:

A double bedroom with a double bed, next to it there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower room with a washing machine.
A room for 2-4 people (two double beds) with a separate exit to the garden with garden furniture and a swing, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

The central recreation area is a stylish living room on the first floor with an antique fireplace and unique decor.

On the second floor of the WIATRAK there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, the kitchen is shared downstairs.
And every room has a beautiful view from behind the shutters of the entire neighborhood.

Meanwhile, on the second floor of the WIATRAK, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
