The company has been in business since 1981, and in 2018 we expanded our business to include tourist services by renting our 3 apartments in the most interesting place in Mikolajki, located between Freedom Square and the interestingly newly arranged waterfront with numerous attractions.

We are open to every Guest who visits us. The staff is at the disposal of our guests and listens to every wish - possible to fulfill, to make your stay in our apartments unforgettable.

Information about the facility

The project, called A3 APARTMENTS, is a complex of three new apartments completed in July 2018.

A1 - one room - 35 m2, / Studio DELUXE /.

A2 - two-room - 43 m2 / Studio SUPERIOR /.

A3 - three-room - 55 m2 / SUPERIOR apartment /.

The apartments received a modern and cozy character produced by a unified line of interior design, developed by Full Design designer Krzysztof Buchowski. Thanks to this interesting vision, we made with our own efforts interesting interiors with a consistent and distinctive character obtaining an inviting and cozy place for year-round recreation.

All Apartments equipped with single beds 90x200, and sofa beds with places to sleep, in addition A2 and A3 with double beds . Each apartment has a kitchenette / equipped with household appliances and necessary utensils / with places to eat meals. This also creates the opportunity to spend unforgettable moments over a glass of champagne with those staying together on vacation.

The guiding principle for the creation of these places, was the desire to arrange a cozy aura of carefree , familiar and homely atmosphere while relaxing in the beautiful surroundings of the Masurian Lakes.
