It is located near Lake Skarlinski, on the a large 20 acre self-contained plot of land fenced all around . The entire plot of land is at the disposal of guests vacationing in the cottage.

The place is suitable for families with children, fishermen and couples, for people who value peace, quiet and relaxation in nature. We invite guests to come with their pets

Our beautiful habitat is located 1 km from the nearest village of Mikolajki.Near the Olsztyn-Toruń route. The nearest town Nowe Miasto Lubawskie is at a distance of 6 km, other Ilawa Brodnica at a distance of 20 km.

From all the windows of the house there is a beautiful view of the skarlin lake , which is located about 150 m from the house. Skarlin Lake has a class I purity, so there are many species of fish here. The proximity of the lake is conducive to water sports in the summer. In winter, on the other hand, you can actively spend time on ice skating, cross-country skiing, or the ski slope. At a distance of 9 km from the house there is ski lift Along with the equipment rental shop on Kurza Mountain.

The house is designed for 8 people. More people can live in the house for an additional fee.

The size of the house is 90 m/2, it is located on a plot of 2000 m/2 all around fenced. On the property there is a recreation room of 100 m/2 for team games and games, recreation and sports activities, in case of bad weather conditions. On site it is possible to purchase sports activities, individual with a personal trainer or group activities: team games, general gymnastics, corrective gymnastics, aerobics, yoga, dance.

There is coffee and tea for all our guests in the cottage.

It is possible to purchase organic food on site: eggs, honey, curd, milk, bread.

It is also possible to order vegan dishes.

The habitat includes mini zoo , which is home to 40 species of animals. Birds and exotic animals live here: peacocks, ostriches, monkeys, as well as goats, miniature rabbits, guinea pigs, guinea pigs, guinea pigs, chinchillas, pedigree cats, a sociable and friendly dog.

We charge a refundable deposit of PLN 500 per rental

To the rental price should be added a fee for electricity 100 PLN per week, wood according to consumption and 100 PLN for final cleaning.

The stay of each additional person in the cottage is subject to a fee of 80 zł per day.
