Deposit upon reservation
Is the basis for confirmation of the reservation. It amounts to 25% of the value of the reservation and is payable in advance after the host confirms availability. You will pay the remaining amount5 days prior to arrival at the facility.
Cancellation of reservation
Free cancellation of the reservation before payment of the deposit. After payment of the deposit, the cancellation fee is 25% of the cost of the stay.

A damage deposit of PLN 300 is required upon arrival. Payment is made by credit card. The amount paid should be returned within 14 days of check-out. The entire deposit will be refunded to your credit card account upon inspection of the property.
A mandatory tourist tax of PLN 2.80/person/day is collected on site in cash.

IMPORTANT!
For pre-arrival check-in, it is necessary to complete online formalities such as signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental fee (if only a portion has been paid), cleaning fee, deposit and tourist tax and any additional fees chosen by the guest (e.g., parking, staying with a dog).
In selected properties it is possible to enter the apartment with a door code or using a key machine, the code will be provided on the day of check-in after completing the formalities. You will receive information on how to pick up the keys a few days before your arrival. Where key pick-up is done at the local office, please call to arrange key pick-up (at least 24 hours prior to arrival).
