For Guests
We offer our guests comfortable , modernly decorated and equipped rooms for 2, 3, 4, 5 people of high standard . Each room has a bathroom, TV, kettle, refrigerator, Wifi, umbrella and beach screen.
In all bathrooms there are towels and a hair dryer .
There is a fully equipped kitchenette with induction cooktop, microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster. It is possible to use an iron and vacuum cleaner .
For guests who want to spend time actively we provide bicycles .
There is free parking and a place to relax and barbecue in the garden .
Reservations
Check-in begins at 4 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10 am on the day of departure.
Reservations are made after contacting the owner of the property by phone or email.
The date of the reservation is confirmed, after making a reservation deposit to the bank account in the amount of 30% of the cost of the stay (minimum 200,- zł).
Free rescheduling is possible if the change is notified at least 30 days before the start date of the stay.
The facility charges a tourist tax in accordance with the price list of the Mielno City Council in the amount of 2.80 zł / person / day.
About the facility
Villa is located in a quiet, peaceful part of Mielno, just 10 minutes from the wide, 50-meter long sandy beach at Spokojna Street 26
The road to the beach leads through a charming forest and beautiful fish ponds, making it the perfect place for a peaceful and successful holiday .
The distance to the center of Mielno is 1,2 km. In the center there are many tourist attractions, entertainment, restaurants, cafes, walking alleys and discos.
The nearest grocery store is 5 minutes away . There are supermarkets and a drugstore about 10 minutes away.
Attractions in the area
We welcome both lovers of quiet and active recreation. In close proximity there is a forest with biking and walking trails.
At Jamno Lake in Mielno there are watercraft rentals.
The second largest lighthouse in Poland is located in Gaski. A bicycle route leads to it , you can also quickly reach it by car. From Kolobrzeg is 33 km away. The road to Koszalin is about 15 minutes.
A complex of unique Hortulus demonstration gardens with the world's largest hornbeam labyrinth and observation tower stretches in nearby Dobrzyca.
Price list
The price for a stay in the holiday season 2023 is from 60 to 110 zł per person, depending on the period of stay , the number of people and the type of room booked.

Regulations of the object Villa Spokojna 26 ; Mielno
1 The owners of the facility are Sylwia and Miroslaw Matuszewski.
(2) Payment of the fee for the stay implies acceptance of the regulations.
Check-in is on the day of arrival from 16.00.
Check out on the day of departure by 10 am .
(4) On the day of arrival, accommodation is provided and room keys are handed over.
Upon handing over the keys, the Guest signs the Rules of Order of the Facility.
At this time, the remaining financial obligation for the stay is settled.
(5) Check-in is carried out on the basis of an identity card. In case of advance payment of the full amount for the stay, the Guest should show proof of payment.
(6) On the day of arrival, a deposit of PLN 200 is collected - fully refundable on the day of departure, as a security in case of possible damage.
(7) A fee of PLN 200 shall be charged for lost or damaged keys.
8. the owner of the facility may refuse to accommodate guests who are under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, as well as behaving vulgarly and aggressively.
9. it is forbidden for non-registered persons to stay in the rooms and on the premises without prior notification to the owner of the facility. For each person " from outside " an additional fee is charged, and the Guest is responsible for any damage caused by them.
10. on the premises it is forbidden to disturb the peace and rest of other Guests.
11. the entire facility has a curfew of 22.00 - 7.00 .
12 The organization of parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties is prohibited.
13. each Guest is obliged to observe safety rules, respect property and maintain order in the rest area.
14 The guest is obliged to immediately inform the owner of the facility of any deficiencies in the rooms, corridors, annexes, bathrooms and to report any damage caused by him during his stay.
The equivalent of these damages and their removal shall be paid by the Guest.
15 The facility is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of items, including valuable items, resulting from their improper storage , handling or making them available to third parties.
16.In all rooms, as well as on the premises of the building, smoking and electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed in specially designated smoking areas outside the building. It is also prohibited to use open flames in the rooms and on the premises - the exception is the barbecue area in the garden.
Failure to comply with this ban will result in a one-time warning, and eventually a financial penalty of PLN 100.
17.The owner is not responsible for inconvenience resulting from causes beyond his control , such as lack of electricity or other emergencies.
Breakdowns in the rooms or on the premises should be reported to the owner of the facility as soon as possible after they occur.
18.Shortening of the stay by the landlord is not the basis for a refund of the reservation made.
19.Significant violations of the Rules will result in the need to leave the facility, without refund.
20.In case of questions and any help from our side , we are at your service.
