I would like to invite you to the guesthouse (house) all year round not far ( 4 km) from Kudowa Zdrój to rest in comfortable conditions in Klodzko Valley.

We offer:

• Brick bungalow 2 + 2 with kitchenette, full bathroom and terrace,
• living room with fireplace and table for 12 people
• A very well-equipped kitchen ( refrigerator-freezer, coffee makers, cordless kettle, dishwasher, electric-gas stove with oven, microwave, set of dishes and cutlery),
• 4 bedrooms and bathrooms,
• sauna ( for an additional fee) - is a wonderful rest for body and soul,
• wi-fi internet, satellite tv.

We have bedrooms for 3, 4 and 6 people with very comfortable beds min. double beds.

Outside :

• set up tables and benches for afternoon and evening feasts by the fire (I provide wood for a fee) or barbecue,
• Soccer field, volleyball and badminton,
• A place for the little ones with swings and a sandbox,
• In the farmyard many antique agricultural tools.

All of this is set against a backdrop of green meadows and flowers covering the surrounding hills and valleys, the smell of the wind, the gurgling of a crystal stream and the sound of sheep grazing nearby.

No one here invades your privacy - the facility is fenced ensuring safety for the little ones and at the same time creates a peculiar atmosphere.

A dream place giving respite from the daily rush and noise.

Room for bicycles and ski equipment and for motorists convenient access and parking spaces for cars.

You can observe birds and animals in their natural habitat.
The proximity of the Table Mountains National Park guarantees that hiking and cycling enthusiasts will find peace and harmony with nature here, and at the same time it is close to the tourist centers of the region - Kudowa Zdroj, Duszniki Zdroj, Polanica, Zieleniec (skiing) and the Czech Olesnica (skiing) 4 km and Destne (skiing) 12 km in the Orlickie Mountains - winter sports station.
The location allows for hiking and biking, as well as downhill and cross-country skiing.
The regional Czech cuisine is worth trying.

The possibility of renting single rooms in the amount from 30 to 60 zł per person( depends on the number of days rented).

In the winter season.

3/ Studio /day: 320 PLN - over 3 days
4/ 4-person room (double bed + sofa bed) with a kitchenette, bathroom and terrace of 35 m2 /day: 180 zł - more than 3 days
5/ Brick-built cottage 2 + 2 /day: 180 zł - over 3 days

Low season:from 15.09 to 1.12 and from 15.03 to 26.04.19

1/ Rooms (6+4+3) /day: 495 PLN - over 3 days - possibility of renting single rooms
2/ Apartment /day: 230 PLN - over 3 days

I also rent a Guesthouse for 1 or 2 nights !!!( bachelor or bachelorette parties).

For rentals of more than 7 days, the price can be negotiated!!!


- we agree separate prices for long weekends and holidays

- Check-in from 2 pm on the day of arrival to 10 am on the day of departure.

- smoking is prohibited on the premises of the building

- Guarantee of reservation is payment of a deposit in the agreed amount. In case of cancellation of the deposit we do not refund it.
