Spacious, clean (this is the most important) and quiet. You can see the constant efforts of the owners to make resting more comfortable more pleasant. A lot of greenery in contrast to other resorts in Leba. Ultima (those ...n larger building) perfect for couples like us. The smaller building fantastic for groups and families with children. Both are on the same property but appropriately separated. Overall I would recommend -R and N
