We offer you year-round cottages just 5km from the popular ski resort in Zieleniec SKI Arena. Our cottages are located in the heart of the Bystrzyckie and Orlickie Mountains, and around the cottages stretches beautiful and untamed nature interspersed with mountains, meadows and forests. Just 9min by car to the beautiful lake in Rudawa.

Each cottage is able to accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people: 1. 1 x a large family 2. 2 x a family 3. a group of friends 4. a team-building meeting - EVENTS so it is an ideal place for a holiday for a large family or a group of friends and also ideal for corporate events.

The cottages have: 3 bedrooms with 8 beds, and a fold-out corner set for 2 persons. All beds have comfortable mattresses and fresh bedding, as well as a travel crib for babies (no bedding).

The cottage has two spacious bathrooms with showers fully equipped with towels, hair dryers. The kitchen is an elegant, comfortable large place to prepare meals and it is well equipped with: fridge-freezer, TV 49" and Polsat digital TV, Internet + Wi-Fi induction cooktop, built-in oven, built-in dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, breadbox, infant feeding chair, toaster and all kinds of kitchen utensils such as dishes, cutlery, pots and more. There is an iron and ironing board, as well as a clothes dryer.

The living room connected to the kitchen creates the perfect atmosphere of a home fireplace, and speaking of a fireplace, a wood-burning fireplace is placed there. Additional heating is provided by modern infrared radiant heaters. A large oak table with 8 chairs and a wide corner sofa with a bench captures the full atmosphere and comfort of the place. The vestibule is a sizable room where you will find a ski rack, a shoe rack and a coat rack, as well as a cabinet for gloves and more.

In front of the bungalow is placed a very large wooden terrace that can satisfy those who like outdoor dining, as well as an oasis for relaxing outdoors during the rain. We also have a parking lot supervised for safety by cameras. Lasowka and the surrounding area is famous for its dozens of kilometers of cross-country ski trails in winter and equally long marked hiking trails in summer.

Here everyone will find something for themselves...rest, physical activity in winter and summer, in autumn forests full of mushrooms and beautiful peat bogs near Zieleniec full of berries.
