Intimate apartment on the 1st floor, in a new annex at a historic building.
The house is a space where nothing is missing. We give the same to our guests. The kitchen has the necessary equipment. The bathroom has a place for everything. A good night's sleep or daytime relaxation have their own zones, thoughtfully designed and decorated with taste.

The apartment is located in the center of Podgórze district, near Bohaterów Getta Square.

Access:

The apartment is located in a new annex, the entrance to which is through the courtyard of the adjacent historic building.
The apartment is locked with an electronic lock that allows you to check in on your own. During the reservation you receive an SMS with the access code.

Apartment:

The place is designed for a maximum of 4 people. The studio apartment consists of one living room combined with a bedroom, where you will find a 2-person bed and a 2-person sofa bed. The two areas are partially separated by a glass wall creating a warm and intimate atmosphere. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area and a bathroom with a shower cubicle. The standard equipment includes:

-washing machine,
-refrigerator,
-dishwasher,
-microphone
-coffee maker
-kettle
-fully equipped kitchen ( cutlery, glasses, cups, plates, pots and other utensils)
-iron along with an ironing board,
-hair dryer,
-linens and towels.
-cabinet
-free Internet and cable TV with the possibility of using services, i.e. Netflix, Youtube and HBO Go ( provided you have your own account).
-air conditioning

A portable crib is available upon request.
The apartment also has a balcony overlooking the courtyard and the street.

In the area:

In the close vicinity there are several interesting cultural venues worth visiting, i.e. Cricoteca, Mocak Museum or Oskar Shindler's Enamel Factory. If you want to have a good breakfast or lunch or enjoy a delicious coffee, you've come to the right place. The district is full of cool places, of which we recommend the ones we ourselves would most like to return to:

A few minutes walk away are the boulevards by the Vistula River from where you can enjoy urban views perfect for evening strolls.
If you feel like taking a longer walk, we recommend Bednarski Park with its wonderful children's playground and Krakus Mound from where you will see a beautiful panorama of the city.

Transportation:

Public transportation is very well organized, so you can easily get anywhere from here.

Our rules:

(1) Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. A penalty fee will be charged for violation of this rule.
(2) The organization of any kind of event in the apartment is completely prohibited.
3. please observe curfew from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
4. do not let people you do not know into the apartment
5. people outside the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
6. save energy and turn on lights or other devices if you don't need them.
(7) The lessor shall bear full responsibility for any damage that occurs and will be charged with the cost of repair.
8. lock windows and doors before leaving the apartment.
9. Staying in the apartment after the check-out time will incur an additional fee of EUR 10.
