    I don't recommend it to anyone. Tragedy of some kind. Deposit 100% and it is still not refundable when someone cancels. Pure dishonesty!!!

    DO NOT RECOMMEND! The reservation was accepted and 2 weeks we received information about the inability to use the accommodation on a given date due to the situation of restrictions. Several times kont ...We acted on the refund, since the cancellation of the reservation was not due to our fault. We were told to wait for an email with a decision. Of course, we did not receive one. After a final phone call, we learned that we were at a loss. Neither the accommodation nor the money.

    Unfortunately, in accordance with the terms and conditions of booking at Noclegowo.pl, there is no refund. The lack of documents regarding the right to stay during the period of restrictions by the Polish Government does not provide a basis for a refund of the full value of the reservation, in addition to that made during their period. In a difficult situation, the best option was to receive and use an unnamed coupon for an overnight stay at another date. We are sorry to hear that you declined this offer.
