The location is excellent, 3 minutes from Wawel Castle and the market square. Although the building itself does not knock with its appearance, the hostel itself is really very clean, toilets and showers on the flash. In the room we have cutlery, ...Dishes and a kettle. In the common area a microwave oven and a small refrigerator so there is no problem with heating up the ready. The rooms are clean, the beds although simple are very comfortable. With a pure heart I recommend.

We fell in love with the Three Ravens two years ago and have been returning with our family every year since. In this one we got once again our favorite rooms and actually a two-room suite on the second floor with a view ...To the university. It is always clean and very friendly. Everywhere can be reached on foot. We will definitely use it more than once.

Very nice bathroom, the room has its own atmosphere. For a couple of students it worked out very well. A huge plus is the location - everywhere close, there was no need to get anywhere by tram/bus, everywhere ...zie we walked. Unfortunately in the room a little cold, I do not know if it is a matter of season or maybe a little leaky windows? Nevertheless, I recommend it, maybe I will return again someday.

:) Nice service. In the rooms clean, spacious and aesthetically pleasing with atmosphere (furniture strongly and literally retro, probably the times of the 20s/30s :) ) - this from the advantages. From the minuses only and literally farts: lack of ...towel holder in my bathroom, an electrician could fix contacts/electrical sockets decently and the last thing .... the frames in the beds could use a review .... It's quite a faint feeling when one turns over on the bed at night and is awakened by the sound of falling "ribs"/buttons .... In conclusion, despite the small shortcomings with a clear conscience I can recommend the facility :) P.S. Only to lazy people and older people I advise against it, because a few stairs have to be overcome to get to the rooms, well, and the walls are not soundproofed ;)
MASACRA! Everywhere, full of dust and cobwebs. The room like a veritable PRL. Bathroom, all mushroomed. Very cold, even in the summer. Surrounding area very uninteresting, afraid to go back at night. Staff not helpful at all ..., Only the cleaning lady very nice. The price completely inadequate to the conditions. The only plus for the location.

Literally close to everywhere, but the condition of the room very average - scratched paint on the door, which was dirty, scratched paint on the radiator , which was also covered with cl ...bami of dust. Dirty walls and windows. The windows also on the inside, also it was not just because of the street renovation that they looked like this. Because of these elements, unfortunately, the room loses all its pluses. Because it was indeed very large and spacious. The staff does not seem to verify the condition of plates and cups, ours were unwashed after previous tenants. The lady at the reception insulted all over the world , and a small smile would have sufficed.

I booked 5 nights in February, and asked a couple of times beforehand if the pictures of the room were the ones on the Internet. Each time I was assured that YES! It was one big disaster: ni ...e that room, not fresh bedding, dirt in every corner, I did not enter the shower, because there was already mold and mildew. I could write a book here about what I saw there , but that is not my point. I want to warn the other guests: We after the first night looked for another accommodation. It is pathetic, with such conditions we are far from the Union. I completely agree with the previous opinion - NEGLIGENCE!!!
Three nights in Three Kafka was our first hostel experience. Perhaps hostels are governed by such laws-unconscious service, not very fresh linens, unwashed dishes after previous g ...oves, fungus in the shower tray, strange sheet-curtains in the windows. It promised to be great-an excellent location, which, we did not hide, weighed in on the choice of the Three Kafka, the rooms in the townhouse provided space. The photos of the rooms also made a good impression- modest, but they looked neat. We got a room facing the courtyard-and here's the horror. We understand-an old tenement, it had years of glory, but the view of the neglected windowsills, full of bird droppings, considering the price for accommodation, was not very attractive. Bathroom- well, replacing the shower hose is probably not beyond the ability of the owners, and using one where half the water trickles down the hose and not from the handset is not comfortable. The aforementioned dishes-we did not use them except for cups, so we found out by accident that the plates from previous guests are simply dirty. Generally, guests are provided with dishwashing liquid, but it is worth checking to see if they are doing this.... And one more, maybe a small detail, but also indicative of sloppiness - if you give clothes hangers to the room to the closet, then let them at least be non-dirty and unbroken hangers, because giving such at the price of 139,/ night is simply pathetic. Plus for Wi-Fi.
