Apartment in an ideal location 300m from the market and 900m from the nearest descent to the beach. 300m from the train station. Walking 15 minutes to the pier . Near the apartment is one of the largest playgrounds in Kolobrzeg and numerous cafes, restaurants, kebab, biedronka, pharmacy, rossman, eco store and vegetable store. In the vicinity of the park Pioneers and Dubois square with another playground. From the bedroom towards the sea there is a beautiful view of the playground and a charming nearby townhouse. The balcony is equipped with chairs and a table , south facing with a view of the green square behind the house. Free parking is directly under the house along the street and in the yard. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and is fully equipped, very comfortable. It consists of 2 large rooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a balcony . In the living room there is a spacious sofa bed with a daily sleeping function of 170x220. In the room there is a double bed 140x200 and a sofa bed 120x200. The equipment includes : refrigerator, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board,senseo maker, oven, microwave, kettle, basic dishes, garki, cutlery cups and pans. In the hallway there is a spacious closet that will accommodate all things. In both rooms there is a TV, in the bedroom there is a smart tv. There is wifi available in the apartment. Due to allergies in us and some guests in the apartment we do not accept pets. The cost of rental depends on the number of guests and the length of stay ranging from 250 to 350 PLN per night.
