I offer year-round rentals, both short- and long-term!

Simple, but it has everything you need, and I am happy to help and suggest where to go.

The rooms are independent, freshly renovated (February 2021), each with a private bathroom.
Available rooms: 2-bedded, 3-bedded and 4-bedded with the possibility of adding a bed for a fifth person.
On the equipment of each room: refrigerator, electric kettle, TV, beach equipment.
In addition: a kitchenette, and outside parking.

For an additional fee, I also offer transportation services, both within and outside the city limits (e.g., airports Szczecin-Goleniow, Poznan, Gdansk).

Cottage STABOL is located in a very quiet district of single-family houses Radzikowo III (distance from the city center: 30 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by car).

At a distance of 200m there are: a playground, a playground (basketball / volleyball / tennis), an outdoor gym.

Within a radius of up to 1km there are many stores, bars, eateries and various places serving hot meals.

Public transportation stops 600m from the facility.

A special attraction in this part of the city is a unique semi-wild beach, separated from all buildings by dunes and forest (distance from the beach: 15 minutes walk).

There is a promenade leading to the beach with a bicycle path, developed along the Baltic coast and constantly expanded. Renting a bicycle is about 20 PLN/day.

For stays of more than a week, prices negotiable. Children under 5 years of age 50% of the price.

As a rule, check-in takes place from 14:00 - 23:00 (a matter of agreement in exceptional situations), and check-out by 12:00 noon (the owner reserves time to prepare the premises for the next guests).
