The guesthouse is not too big, not too small, and just right! There are 2,3 and 4-bed rooms for 50 guests. All with a balcony and with a bathroom (with a shower cubicle) . The rooms are comfortably, tastefully decorated in a modern style, after all, vacationers deserve comfort and well-being. The equipment of the premises includes satellite TV, kettle, refrigerator basic kitchen utensils, as well as beach equipment (beach screens). All guests have access to wireless internet .
Guests can use a refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board in the lobby on each of the guesthouse's two floors.
For guests with higher expectations and requirements we offer Apartments with equipped kitchenettes.
And everyone can enjoy a buffet breakfast at our bar.
The property is surrounded by a garden with barbecue and sunbathing areas. The guesthouse has a play area for children with games and toys. While for the older ones there is a table tennis table. There is no question of boredom either on sunny or cloudy days, especially since there is an on-site restaurant with a beer garden under umbrellas, where Polish cuisine and a variety of drinks are served. In addition, the pension has an up-to-date list of numerous cultural events taking place in Kolobrzeg.

KoGa provides a room, which is suitable for training courses, as well as for family and social events on special request (all year round). The guesthouse is a new and modern facility, located in the seaside strip of the western part of the Kolobrzeg resort. There is a 600-meter stretch of green-surrounded Jedności Narodowej Street and a resin-scented seaside park leading to the beach.
The undoubted advantage of the guesthouse is that from May to September in the nearby neighborhood (30 meters) you can enjoy massages, therapeutic baths and rehabilitation treatments (mud packs and baths, lymphatic drainage, interdyn, ultrasound, magnetic field, iontophoresis, inhalation, laser, sollux).
Near the guesthouse is the Millenium sports hall with an indoor swimming pool, as well as a bowling alley, fish fryers, a fish restaurant with a sophisticated menu. There are horse riding centers in nearby Zieleniewo and Budzistowo.

The guesthouse is located in a very good place, because it is a 20-minute walk to the beach, but at the same time it is tucked away in a side street. This makes it green, peaceful and very quiet (skipping ...jingling crickets and seagulls). There are also grocery stores nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are served in a very aesthetically pleasing manner, are varied and tasty. Also, the owners are very helpful, involved and friendly. This is a place to which you can return and relax effectively.

Pension located near the beach (not as crowded as in the center), near the park with food services.A few steps from the guesthouse stores (Biedronka, Netto).To the "Lighthouse" about 25 minutes walk ...This but you can get there by city bus.On the way attractions including a marina. The building is designed so that guests do not interfere with each other, even when they are in a larger group.Very friendly owners.You can spend a nice time regardless of the weather.

The owners of the guesthouse are young, friendly, cultured people, meeting the expectations of their guests. The location of the facility is conducive to good rest - peace, quiet and security. Near the beach, stores and numerous attractions, and if it rains you can not get bored because you can take advantage of the attractions prepared by the owners inside the building. Staying at the KoGa Guesthouse was something unforgettable for us. The girl in cooperation with the owners of the guesthouse made a surprise for me and ordered a suite with fruit and a bottle of champagne. Amazing ...surprise. The property is located in a quiet and peaceful place, the view from the balcony over the meadows. Equipment of the room and kitchenette very correct and as described, on the premises lockable parking and internet (important for young people). To the beach as in the internet 600 meters, close to stores. On site we used breakfast, which was prepared by the landlady herself - delicious and fresh. We relaxed, we will return here again. With a clear conscience - recommend.

On the KoGa website and on the flyers found in the guesthouse, the owners write numerous attractions that they organize themselves and write things that are not in line with reality. I do not understand such an approach ...ia to people. The rule is simple, if someone likes the guesthouse, they will return there next year, or recommend it to friends. The owners, unfortunately, rely on one-time guests. I, for sure, will never return there. Minuses (about which the owners do not inform) - no information about the real distance from the beach (on the leaflet KoGi writes that it is 10 minutes walk - total nonsense 30 minutes fast walk) -LACK OF WI - FI! we are in the 21st century, there is no internet in the guesthouse. During the rain, ugly weather vacationers do not use their laptops. Children are running and screaming in the corridors out of boredom. -no iron, why would someone need an ironing board if there is no iron! -very small fridge in the lobby for several rooms - old-style bathroom with soap from a ladybug, 3 rolls of toilet paper and no toilet cube-type utensils in the toilet - the owners do not inform vacationers about the location of the rooms. The fact they have balconies, but some of them overlook the other side of the guesthouse - an ugly blue building (some big company) under which delivery trucks constantly arrive, and forklifts drive. This is supposed to be an attraction, it's just a scam? -Washed sheets, thin comforters, uncomfortable cheap HOSTEL beds - old, small screen, no deck chairs and blankets - on the website promises of numerous attractions like organizing a trip to BORNHOLM! Lie. They do not organize anything. -Price of 65 PLN for an ordinary room with a bathroom and a small TV with a few channels is an exaggeration. I have been to many places, but this guesthouse disappointed me a lot. I recommend this facility for desperadoes and seniors.
