I invite families with children and large groups of friends to relax in the picturesquely located Kamienica Królewska in the Kashubian Landscape Park.
All rooms in the house before the arrival of a new group of guests are ozonized with professional equipment.
For the exclusive use of guests I give a large and comfortable house with a beautiful view of Kamienický Lake . The house is year-round, very well equipped , designed for a group of guests up to 16 people. The biggest advantage for families is a very large garden with numerous attractions for children and adults and a beautiful view of the nearby lake .
There are two large terraces adjacent to the house- One covered on the garden side, the other open on the entrance side overlooking the lake. In the large garden there is a place for a bonfire, a playground for children, a sandpit with a mini beach, toys, a slide, 3 hammocks, 4 swings, a merry-go-round, a trampoline, a basketball basket, garden furniture, 2 scooters, a covered summerhouse situated between trees and ornamental bushes. A place to play ball.
The covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen is equipped with two tables with chairs, deck chairs and a mobile grill with a smokehouse. In the center of the garden is a fire pit with benches. (I provide the wood)
For cycling enthusiasts, four bicycles for adults and two bicycles for children are in stock, as well as two scooters. I provide a place to store guests' bicycles. The property with ample parking for guests is fenced.
Home furnishings:
On the first floor is a large living room with a panoramic window to the lake which is connected with the kitchen. The living room is equipped with a leather sofa set, a coffee table, a display case with utility dishes, a large table with chairs, a TV, and a radio.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator,electric pot, coffee maker, food processor, toaster, toaster oven, cloths. On the same level is a toilet, a large hallway, a corridor and a pantry.
The mezzanine is occupied by 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.

The first floor is occupied by a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms ( one bedroom with a double bed and a bed for a child, the second bedroom with five single beds, a TV room with a mini library. In the high basement a third bathroom with shower and an additional fully equipped kitchen with a communal washing machine are available for guests.
The spacious garage is occupied by a tennis table, foosball, dart, stationary bicycle.
I provide bedding, 2 towels for each person, basic cleaning products, dishwasher tablets to start.
Royal House is a picturesque and very attractive village located on the edge of Mirachowskie forests between Junno and Kamienicki Lakes. It is an ideal place to relax for people who appreciate peace and quiet in the bosom of nature. For lovers of hiking and biking there are beautiful hiking trails that allow you to explore and enjoy the beauty of nature. We have a lot of local attractions for guests - an observation tower, nature reserves, bunkers and caves, a pottery studio, a sailing club very well equipped with swimming equipment And several hiking trails for cyclists and hikers. There are interesting sights for children and adults to visit nearby. Guides and guides are available locally, and I am happy to help with information.

Rent a house for a group of up to 16 people:
Renting a house in April, May, June, September from Monday to Friday for a minimum of 3 nights - 1000 zl/day
House rental in July and August 1200 zł/day (reservations for min. 7 nights)
Rental of the house during the heating months from Monday to Friday for min. 3 nights - 1100 zł/day.
Renting a house for the weekend (from Friday to Sunday) - 1200 zł/day, in the heating period 1300 zł/day
Renting a house for 10 people:
Renting a house in March, April, May, June from Monday to Friday for a minimum of 3 days - 700 zł/day
Renting a house in July and August 900 zł/day (reservation for min.7 nights)
Renting a house for the weekend (from Friday to Sunday) - 1000 zł/day, in the heating period 1100 zł/day
Additional charge for final cleaning of the house - 200 PLN
The price includes the use of all utilities, bedding,2 towels for a person, basic cleaning products. It is possible to use a firewood.
On the day of arrival of guests, I charge a deposit of 400 zloty to be settled or returned on the day of departure.

Definitely recommend. Description + photos 100% in line with reality. House very spacious, with a wonderful view, very well equipped (household appliances small and large, space for children- games, puzzles, crayons, ...What the soul desires). The area is large, cleverly landscaped-sandbox, children's house, a large pool, swings, hammocks, a place for a bonfire, a large, comfortable barbecue, a lot of flowers. Even a bush especially for butterflies found a place here:-). Those willing can play ping-pong or foosball. There is enough space for a game of ball or badminton. Very clean in every corner.
