It is 20 km to the border crossing with Lithuania in Budzisko. In our village there is a historic, wooden church from the 18th century, Jewish cemetery, Pod Jelonkiem restaurant serving regional dishes, post office, grocery stores, bank, gas station.
The Kaja rooms are an ideal base for skiing enthusiasts. Our facility is located 4.5 km from the largest winter sports center in northeastern Poland - WOSiR Szelment, which in 2008 provided five illuminated ski slopes, four lifts with a length of 300 to 500 meters and one 150-meter lift for children. All slopes are lighted and artificially snowed.
