On offer, for rent two spacious, comfortable, wooden cottages - located in Jaroslawiec. We invite you to relax surrounded by nature, in a quiet, peaceful place, free from the hustle and bustle of the center. Cottages are located at a distance of about 1 km from the wide, sandy beach * - 15 to 20 minutes walk along the road along the meadows and pine forest.
Each of the cottages has an area of 62m 2 (first floor and mezzanine), plus a covered, comfortably landscaped terrace (20 meters) with a nice view.
On the first floor there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The mezzanine accommodates an additional 3 sleeping places.
Equipment:
Each cottage is designed for 7 people, the metric size allows even a large group of people to comfortably spend their free time, for example, on days when the weather is not necessarily good. The whole house is furnished, equipped with appliances such as a capacious refrigerator-freezer, stove, electric kettle, LCD TV, iron, ironing board, laundry dryer, barbecue, as well as deck chairs and beach screen. In each bedroom there is a closet for clothes, and in the living room there is a comfortable sofa and a large table. Bed linen on offer, towels on request for guests. For our guests there is also a mini playground (swings, sandbox), barbecue area and parking. The area around the cottages allows for active outdoor recreation with children, as well as encourages lounging overlooking the nearby horse farm.
Neighborhood:
Nearby (on the road to the beach) there is a seasonal, well-stocked convenience store. It is also possible to buy lunches at a nearby resort. There is a large, free parking lot a few dozen meters from the beach, so you can get there by car.
Rental details:
The fee for a day in high season is 320 zł per cottage, (the total amount depends on the number of people, as well as the date and length of stay). The rental contract is valid from the payment of a deposit of 30% of the price. You will also be charged a tourist tax of PLN 2.20 per person per day (children under 4 years of age are exempt from the fee) and a deposit - PLN 320 for possible damages. Check-in begins at 15:00 and ends at 10:00 (hours are subject to change by arrangement with the owner).

We had the pleasure of spending two weeks in June in Jaroslawiec. The cottages are well maintained, well equipped and clean. In front of the cottage there is plenty of space for children to play, swings, sandbox, trampoline, ...For adults, a barbecue and a large veranda. Around the cottages quiet and secluded, in front of the cottages spread huge meadows. Access to the beach good, walking about 10-15 minutes (we walked extra with a stroller). Mrs. Ania very nice and flexible - our arrival was planned in the middle of the night despite this we were super welcomed and directed to the cottages because Brzozowa is not visible on Google maps.
