Cottages by the Sea Nadmorska Oasis are new one-storey cottages located near the Baltic Sea and near Lake Wicko 100m, with a BEAUTIFUL VIEW of the water (not all). The main advantage of the cottages is the proximity of the sea and the lake at the same time - a very healthy microclimate. Natura2000 protected area.
The area of the cottage is from about 40 to 60 m2 with a large covered terrace and a table for 6 people! The buildings are designed so that each has an independent entrance with a spacious terrace and a rest area in the garden a large professional playground for children:

Each cottage has bedrooms on the second floor. Downstairs living room/living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchenette and bathroom plus terrace. It can host a maximum of 4,6,7-9 people at a time (by prior arrangement). With a view to people with disabilities, we have provided facilities (wide passageways and wheelchair ramps), which will allow them to enjoy their holidays in our resort Seaside Oasis cottages Jarosławiec - Jezierzany.

In the months of July and August, 7 or 14-day stays (from Saturday to Saturday) apply. In other months the cottages are rented for min. 2 days. Bunkhouses ONE OR TWO (from 4 to 7, 9 people).
Refundable deposit collected on arrival for possible damages - 200 zł. + 50 zl. for cleaning.
Meter charge - PLN 2.00. per kwh. - prad. Small dog up to 6 kg-50 zł/day.
The local fee for the Postomino municipality is 2.8 PLN/person/day; payable on the spot in cash.
Reservation valid after payment in the amount of - 30% for the stay within 3 days.The remaining amount must be paid on arrival.
Check-in begins at approximately 3 pm and ends by 10 am.

Very nice house, it's just a shame that the second bedroom upstairs is open, without a door. Children very happy with the area designed for them to play. Walk to the sea is about 45, so without ...the car is out of the question.

The resort should be called Lakeside Oasis. It is located in 200 m to the lake. Cottages as described. Accepted pets. To the sea far you have to commute by car. Parking at the beaches large without ...paid.You need to remember that you choose wooden cottages where the walls thin and prepare for the lack of intimacy. Despite some inconveniences, I recommend this place mainly to families with children....

If for families with children (small) it is ok.The area is fenced so kids can run at will.If someone does not mind the eternal screaming of kids then he will find himself.You have to reckon with the fact that to the sea ...is quite a distance.2 to 3 kilometers store a kilometer from the building A lake is not suitable for bathing.

The place seemingly similar to others however has its own charm. It is out of the way, quiet, plenty of space for kids without the hustle and bustle. The cottages are beautiful, you have to admit, but it does its own thing. 10 min to the sea. 2 min to the lakes ...And on foot, you can fish, and also the beach is from 1 km somehow. Cool time spent. I recommend in general to everyone.
