The property Z widokiem na jezioro is located in Ilawa in the Warmian-Masurian region and offers free WiFi, barbecue, garden, and free pry bar.

We are young people, full of positive energy and smiles. We found a wonderful corner on earth and decided to share it with you. In Warmia and Mazury, not far from Ilawa, in the charming picturesque village of Dół, where silence is intertwined with the sounds of rippling water and moving tree branches, the flutter of wings of wild geese and herons and the singing of other birds, there is a place worth coming to. That is why the cottages "Overlooking the lake" were built.

Our offer is addressed to people who enjoy being close to nature. Every angler, mushroom picker, lover of canoeing, hiking and biking, as well as those who simply want to sit on the terrace with a mug of warm coffee and admire the view, will feel that this place is made for them.

On the plot there are two newly built year-round cottages - raspberry and mint. Each of them has 64 m2 of interior space and 20 m2 of terrace. On the first floor there is a functional living room with a kitchenette and dining area, as well as a comfortable bathroom with a large shower. In turn, there are two bedrooms on the first floor. Additional accommodation can be provided by a comfortable couch located in the living room. When planning every detail, we combined modern and romantic styles, choosing accessories according to the guiding colors of the cottage.

Outside each property there is a large wooden terrace and a garden. The view from the windows on the terrace side is to the lake, while on the other side is to the orchard. The whole area is fenced and closed (entry by code, exit by pressing a button located on the terrace), which will give comfort especially to families with children, owners of four-legged dogs, but also to those who value privacy and a sense of security. In the rental price, our guests also have the use of 4 double kayaks and 2 pedal boats.

In addition, for an additional fee, you can use the outdoor Jacuzzi with areo and whirlpool, which has the same beautiful view of the lake as the cottages.

GROUND FLOOR:
