I offer to stay in a house with a large plot of land in Masuria on an exclusive basis. The property is located in the municipality of Grunwald near Olsztynek (190km from Warsaw - 2h10min by car).

The house has 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + living room with kitchen. It is newly built with an area of 140m2 and can accommodate up to 12 people. The large plot of land (3000m2) is adjacent to the lake, but does not have its own access to the shoreline (scrubland). An excellent place for swimming in the lake is 200m next door (entrance to the water, hard ground, no reeds). Guests have at their disposal, among other things, a large terrace, 2 hammocks, a full-size beach volleyball court, a garden shower, a swing. Just a 15-minute drive away are two other locations ideal for family swimming in the neighboring lakes - the municipal beach in Shkotovo and the shore of Lake Mielno (shallow and sandy shore). In these locations you can rent water equipment such as bicycles, kayaks, boats. It is possible to use for the entire stay a 4-person dry sauna inside the house for an additional fee. The house is equipped with a projector with a screen, to which you can connect a decoder with terrestrial TV or your own console.

Sample prices for a 7-day stay in the 2021 season for 10 people:

July-August: PLN 6,000 to 7,000
other months: 3500 to 5000 PLN

The quoted price includes all utilities and linens. Final cleaning on your own or pay extra. The final price depends on the date and number of people.
