Hello I am a regular guest of the hotel you slander so much! due to my work I am very often in Glogow and always stay at SLK Guest Rooms for more than 3 years. Never until this po ...ry I have not had a problem with communication , between the Owner and the customer since I have been there, there has always been a nice professional and knowledgeable service!!!! And in addition, the Smoking Ban is visible throughout the property! Why did you not listen to the requests of the staff not to smoke in the room and in the corridor?!!!! Maybe you were hoping to stay overnight for free in the hotel as you keep complaining..... Apparently, you can't read and are not observant, because the hotel's rules and regulations hang at the entrance to the hotel!!!! You were a persistent customer! I'm surprised the owner rented a room to such a GBUR instead of kicking him out!!!....HEHE
Price different than they agreed on the phone, conditions hopeless room under the stairs tragedy. No closet to that the owners enter at night to pokoni to hang the rules!!!???? Scandal how can this be? ...??

Hello on the hotel I experienced 1.5 years. As for the kitchen I am satisfied Ms. Marysia makes very good and plentiful meals, dinners as well as breakfasts which we could not pass always fresh bread in ...Scrambled eggs, hot sausages with cheese, white sausage, pancakes, various salads and much more. For less demanding guests, i.e. for companies whose bosses do not want to pay for meals, there are well-equipped kitchens on each floor where you can prepare your own meals. The rooms are clean, next to the pizzeria de grasso which I often visited with a friend, many stores such as Zabka, Lidl, Mack Donald, as well as beer gardens with a cold beer. I heartily recommend this hotel, I hope the company will catch some work at the smelter or in Polkowice.
