Deposit upon reservation
Is the basis for confirmation of the reservation. It amounts to 50% of the value of the reservation and is payable in advance after the host confirms availability. You will pay the remaining amount1 day before arrival at the facility.
Cancellation of reservation
Free cancellation up to 5 days before the check-in date. After that, the cancellation fee is 50% of the cost of the stay.

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. Staff will give you instructions for check-in.
Additional services:
- apartment equipment for a stay with a child under 2 years (crib, highchair, bathtub) 150 PLN/ stay
- Extension of the hotel day until 14:00 - cost 150 PLN Realization of the request subject to availability - need to confirm in advance with the reception.
- Airport transportation at 150 PLN - up to 4 people and 180 PLN - up to 8 people.
We also kindly remind you to observe the hours of curfew (22:00-06:00) and the prohibition of parties in the apartments. In case of non-compliance with the rules or necessary intervention, we reserve the right to immediately check out guests without refunding the cost of the stay. In case of violation of the smoking ban, a fine of 500 PLN will be charged.

The check-in starts at 4pm. Check out is at 11:00am. In case of late arrival (after 5:00pm) our team will provide you with self check-in instructions. Please inform us in advance.

We kindly remind you that the quiet time is from 10mp-6am and no parties are allowed. In the event of non-compliance with the regulations or the necessary intervention, we reserve the right to immediately check out guests without reimbursement. Not adhering to the smoking ban results with a fine of PLN 500.
