A private street leads to the property, guaranteeing guests places to park their cars. The house is located in the buffer zone of the Oruńska Park, to which leads a path on the slope of a moraine hill. One of the most beautiful places in Gdansk, with plenty of greenery in spring and summer. Exposure of the living room and room south with a beautiful view of the park, Lower Orunia, Lipce and Pruszcz Gdański. On the north side of the house the charms of urban life, banks, stores, transportation (bus and streetcar), gas stations, restaurants are available. Very close to playgrounds for children.
