Opposite the block there is a streetcar stop, from which in a dozen minutes you can reach the center, the Old Town and other parts of the Tri-City worth visiting.

Mattress AND bed uncomfortable but unfortunately this is the norm. Nice terrace and balcony. Very nice neighbors. I recommend
