4-bed apartment
The apartment is located on the 7th floor of the building. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a very spacious loggia, which offers a beautiful view of the Old Town. The loggia is equipped with garden furniture and an armchair-swing. The interior of the apartment has been finished in a modern style, using high quality materials.
Parking is an extra charge service. The fee is: PLN 25/day. Note: The parking space is located on a special platform. The platform has some limitations. The height of the vehicle can not exceed 160 cm!
Penthouse suite for 6 people
Two-level apartment, located on the top, 8th floor of the building, consisting of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with kitchenette and a terrace with a beautiful view of the Motlawa River. The apartment is finished in colonial style. In all bedrooms there are comfortable double beds.
Parking is an extra charge service. The fee is: PLN 25/day.
Each of the apartments I have a kitchenette are equipped with first-class household appliances.
Cleaning service is additionally charged at 135 PLN/stay - 4-person apartment
Cleaning service is additionally charged at 250 PLN/stay - 6-person apartment - two levels

Cleanliness leaves much to be desired, dirty floor, sofas even soiled clothes. On the terrace cigarette butts, pieces of glass and leftover food. The apartment needs many repairs, damaged moldings, ...Sockets, shower and much more. In one of the toilets water did not flow. On the kitchen equipment as if the remains of crockery. Literally 2-3 glasses ( each different) and a couple of different bowls and plates. Dirty wine glasses. One of the sheets stained with blood. Well, and the worst is the contact with the managers ( I guess the owners ) First of all, we got the code to the door a day after the planned and paid arrival ( fortunately we just arrived a day later ) Another surprise is that the code was wrong and we could not get into the apartment. In the middle of the night, after several attempts, a very unpleasant lady answered the phone having terrible complaints about the "inhuman" time of calling. After about 40 minutes we managed to get inside. Contact with the owner (?) the next day was unfortunately at the same level. Despite assurances of wanting to clarify any problems, they did nothing but replace the dirty sheet. I would not recommend
