The apartment itself is beautiful and comfortable. Decorated modern and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, a small supply of tea, coffee in capsules for the coffee maker and several tablet ...ek to the dishwasher. At the reception a smug lady receptionist. The patrer of the building is occupied by two offices and there time stopped in the early PRL. Across the street a streetcar stop allows quick connections to almost any place in Gdansk. Not much farther is the Gdańsk Shipyard train station. The only store we were able to find is a 10-minute walk one way. The disadvantage of the stay, unfortunately, is the annoying noise. The building is located on one of the main arteries of the city. Day and night there are cars rushing by, streetcars and motorcycles starting from under the lights. On cooler days, after closing the windows tightly and pulling the curtains, it was possible to sleep tolerably. On the other hand, in hot weather you had to sleep with the windows ajar and it was torture. The second disadvantage is parking. The entrance to the courtyard is narrow, uphill, and behind the building you have to turn at a 90-degree angle into a tiny, uneven courtyard, where office workers' cars also park during the day. It's so tight that you can scratch the cars, drive into the unevenness and damage the suspension, or block others from leaving. In front of the property, you can leave your vehicle in the narrow parking spaces between the sidewalk and the street, a meter next to the speeding cars. During the week until 3pm, however, these are charged.
