GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The room is located in a 110 m2 apartment, which is located 10 minutes from Jelitkowo beach. The whole apartment is newly renovated, so you can enjoy a modern and well-kept space. It is worth staying near the beach because of the restful and seaside atmosphere. Everything is surrounded by beautiful parks, full of greenery and places for long walks. It's a far cry from the hustle and bustle of the noise and crowds you'll find in the city center, but when you want to take in the urban atmosphere and surroundings, all you have to do is take a drive and you'll be in the city center within 20 minutes. I myself use Airbnb for trips and choose accommodations that are in the neighborhoods so that I get the perfect combination - a quiet and beautiful area for relaxation along with an easily connected center where I can explore.

ROOM

The room is spacious and modern, decorating the apartment I tried to make each space comfortable and practical. You will find a double sofa bed, a closet, a chest of drawers and a desk with a chair. At your disposal, in addition to the room, is a common area or kitchen, where you will find a refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, electric kettle and all the most necessary things - cutlery, plates, bowls and cups. There is also a bathroom, where you will find a toilet, sink, spacious shower, washing machine and dryer.

In the apartment, in addition to this room, there are 3 other rooms where tenants live permanently. Some of us are studying and others are working. We take care of the cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere throughout the apartment and want our guests to feel comfortable with us. As residents of Gdansk, we often suggest what to see and visit to make your stay as successful as possible.

MUNICIPAL COMMUNICATION

• 3 minutes from the apartment there is a bus stop - Pomorska, from which you will be in the center within 30 minutes.
• Bus lines departing from this stop are: 148, 227.
• There is also a streetcar line - 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, located 3 minutes from the apartment, which reaches the center and has a route through all of Gdansk and its neighborhoods.
• 5 minutes from the apartment there is an SKM station.

ENTERTAINMENT

• There is a pharmacy in the building.
• If you need to do more shopping, 3 minutes from the apartment there is a Ladybug, a candy store and other stores.
• 10 minutes from the apartment is Jelitkowo beach and Reagan Park.
• You can also walk 5 minutes to the Sopot beaches.
• 2 minutes from the apartment is Żabusia restaurant and Ergo Arena, which often hosts events and concerts.
