About the facility

MINIMAL. is a year-round house for a family or a group of friends located in the Orlickie Mountains in Duszniki Zdrój. We put at your disposal the house and 2300sqm of garden and greenery :)

Our facility is located on the route of the red hiking trail and the road leading to Karlowice (20min), where the Table Mountains National Park is located.

The cottage is located 350m from DK 8, leading from Wroclaw to Kudowa and the border crossing to the Czech Republic.

15 min drive to Zieleniec.

Below the house, just at a distance of 100m there is a store Biedronka, further Orlen,and 400m from Us Restaurant MATTEO.

The area is beautiful, very green, out of the way, and at the same time we are in a great "getaway" place, on the route to many attractions of the Klodzko Basin.
