Elegant minimalist house - only 50 m from Lake Janówko with 75 m2 of living space and 60 m2 of terrace with veranda in the middle of a beautiful forest overlooking the lake.

We have room for up to 10 people (8+2) with kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and infrared sauna. A gigantic sliding window in the living room welcomes you with a phenomenal view of the forest and the lake. The terrace around the house invites you to relax and the SUP and Kayak free of charge - leaves no wishes unfulfilled.

The kitchen is well equipped to spend a few carefree days with family or friends.

For sleeping:

* 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.60x2.00m) for 2 people,

* 1 bedroom on a mezzanine with 1 bed (1.40x2.00m) for 2 people.

* 1 bedroom at the top with 2 beds (1.40x2.00m) for 4 people.

* In the living room it is possible to sleep on a large, comfortable sofa bed (1,40x2.00m) for 2 people.

ADDITIONAL FEES (payable by wire transfer):

- Deposit: paid by bank transfer before arrival: 500 zloty (will be refunded up to 3 days)
- cleaning per pet: PLN 100/ stay
- firewood: 1 box free of charge, the next for an extra charge of 25 PLN,
- dinners (payable on the spot in cash): we also offer dinners "on wheels" for 40 zl/person and breakfasts for 25 zl. /person. The food will be prepared at our hostess's home (same day, fresh) and brought still warm to the guests at the appointed time. Please make reservations about 24 hours before dinner.
