Payments
1 The reservation is confirmed after payment of the deposit. The deposit paid is non-refundable.
(2) The balance of the rental fee must be paid by bank transfer no later than 30 days before arrival. If the full amount (including deposit) is not paid at least 30 days before arrival, the reservation will be canceled.
In case of failure to use all or part of the stay on the booked date,
Tenants are not entitled to a refund of the amount paid or a price reduction for the unused period.

Additional costs
1. additional firewood according to consumption (a box of wood costs 20 PLN)
The deposit that guests have sent will be reduced by these costs.
(2) The stay of animals after prior notification and agreement with the owner. Additional costs for cleaning after the pet 100.- PLN / per pet / stay (max. 2 pets).

Material liability
(1) The tenant is financially responsible for all damages caused to the house during his stay and agrees that any repairs to any damage or removal of defects caused by his fault (valued beyond the amount of the deposit paid) will be made at his expense.

Deposit
(1) For any damage caused during the use of the premises by the tenant, the tenant will provide the landlord's representative with a refundable deposit of PLN 500 payable by bank transfer 30 days before arrival. Refundable up to 5 days.

§ 8 Rental Period and Quietness.
1 The rental day lasts from 16:00 on the day of arrival to 11:00 on the day of departure.
2. night silence: from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

If the house is left in a grossly neglected state, above-standard cleaning will be deducted from the deposit. Additional cleaning will be deducted at a rate of 50.-/hour.
Tenants are required to segregate garbage.

The tenant declares that at the time of pre-booking the text of these house rules was personally read, fully understood and accepted by him.
