Apartment Górski Zakątek is a year-round, cozy and comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and mountain views, which is located in Bialka Tatrzanska in the Sun&Snow resort complex surrounded by nature in close proximity to many attractions, such as ski slopes, thermal pools, mountain trails, biking and cross-country skiing paths.

The 47m2 apartment is finished to a high standard with highland accents and offers:
- 2 bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds)
- living room with kitchenette and sofa bed
- Terrace and private garden with a set of terrace furniture and deck chairs

The property is decorated with your needs in mind so that everyone feels at home here. Guests can relax in the lounge area or on the terrace overlooking the mountains, or make a home-cooked meal for the whole family. Remote check-in to the apartment and an assigned free parking space allow for unhurried freedom.

As part of your stay, you have access to a relaxation area:

The Mountain Zakątek Apartment is an ideal place to relax for the whole family or friends in winter and summer. The location of our apartment is the least busy part of Bialka, located on a well-maintained property ideal for family recreation, overlooking the Tatra Mountains, Gorce and glades. Deposit upon reservation

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the check-in date. After that, the cancellation fee is 20% of the cost of the stay.

1.The rented apartment must be left in the same condition as it was on the day of arrival.
(2) On the day of departure, guests are required to dispose of garbage in the containers located on the premises in the designated place (waste segregation applies).
(3) The stay of dogs in the apartment and throughout the Sun&Snow facility is allowed only with a valid vaccination certificate and on a leash. A bed should be taken for the dog. Pets are not allowed on the sofa and chairs. The guest agrees to clean up after the animal and remove excrement from public areas on the premises. The guest of the apartment bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction done by the animal. It is also forbidden to leave animals unattended in the apartment.
(4) Items left by the guest after leaving the apartment at the guest's request may be sent back at the guest's expense to the address indicated by the guest. Otherwise, after three days from the date of the guest's departure from the apartment, the staff will proceed with the items according to the regulations on lost or found items.
5. apartment attendant or maintenance service has an additional set of keys (or code), in case of emergency breakdowns, defects can enter the apartment for repairs while guests are not in the apartment.
(6) Each time you leave the apartment, please check that it is locked. It is strictly forbidden to take out things that are equipment of the apartment (such as towels, blankets, pillows, appliances, etc.). Please take care of the rented apartment, turn off unnecessary lighting, air conditioning, close windows and turn off water.

8 The facility manager is not responsible for repair works taking place on the Sun&Snow facility during the stay of Guests.

    Exceptional!

    The property is ideal for children - the apartments are spacious, well-equipped. In the building there is a playroom - mini-floray, billiards, ping-pong, table football, etc. On the premises s ...Are two saunas - one indoor, the other outdoor. There is also a grill, a playground and an outdoor swimming pool. Access to Kotelnica takes about 10 minutes by car.
