Bałtów 22 is a place created for the love of modern design,
Minimalism, brick, concrete, wood and glass.

In creating this place, we tried to take care of every detail to make the whole coherent, comfortable and functional.

Nand the first floor features a glass-enclosed living room with a modern fireplace, a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom.

Nand upstairs there are two rooms and a two-level suite. Each room has a large double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom, air conditioning and a TV. The mezzanine suite has a kingdom of fun and games for children.

SThe relaxation zone includes an indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and outdoor ping-pong table.
