A one-of-a-kind, magical garden of matzevot, makom tov... The Jewish cemetery in Zdunska Wola is the largest of its kind (besides the one in Lodz) in the province of Lodz. ZThere are 3505 matzevot and their fragments on its grounds. The cemetery can be visited by appointment with Dr. Kamila Klauzinska. Once a year she also organizes the Open Day of the cemetery - it always takes place on Sunday in the second half of August (it is also the anniversary of the liquidation of the ghetto and the murder of nearly 10 thousand residents of Zduńska Wola). More information on the cemetery's next Open Days can be found on a blog dedicated to the cemetery called: KIRCHOL ZDUŃSKOWOLSKI
