21.09.2010No possibility to go inside, even to the square in front of the castle. There are soldiers standing at the gate, they let you take a photo. I do not look like a terrorist ;-) Nearby is the ParkLazienkowski, so it's a good idea to see the Belvedere up close when visiting the park.
12.09.2010Erected around 1660 and rebuilt in the first half of the 18th century in Baroque style. From 1767 the palace was the property of King Stanislaw August, who established in the northern outbuilding alived a faience manufactory.... In 1818, the residence of Prince Constantine. Rebuilt in neoclassical style according to the design of J. Kubicki. From 1918 to 1922 the residence of J. Pilsudski, from 1922 to 1926 the residence of presidents: G. Narutowicz and St. Wojciechowski, from 1926 to 1935 J. Pilsudski, in 1990-1995 L. Walesa. Currently, the J. Pilsudski museum is located here.
