<p>John Legend for the first time in Poland!</p> <p>The undisputed star of R&B and soul music, John Legend for the first time in Poland! Winner of numerous prestigious nagród, including Garmmy, will visit Warsaw as part of his All of Me Tour.<br />On October 24, we will be able to see him at Warsaw's Torwar Stadium.</p> <p>John Legend was born on December 27, 1978 in Springfield, Ohio. He is one of the most sought-after musicianós, as well as a respected songwriterós. He has written and composed for such stars as Alicia Keys, Twista and Janet Jackson. He was róalso introduced to rising hip-hop star Kanye West. Both musicians have collaboratedóon recordings for their demo albums. Legend's debut album won as many as three Grammy Awards. In 2010, the artist released the CD Wake up!, a project in collaborationówith the band The Roots. In 2012, Legend also appeared as a coach on an American TV talent show.</p> <p>Legend grew up as an ordinary boy in Ohio, whoóry was exposed to music from a young age. Not only thanks to his grandmother, whoóra taught him to play the piano, but also thanks to his performances in the church chórow. While studyingóat the University of Pennsylvania, he formed an a cappella singing group. Despite the fact that after graduation he was employed<br />at a consulting firm, he still did not give up music and performed in New York nightclubs.</p> <p>Even before John Legend became a big-name star, he was a sought-after session musician and lyricist<br />for many well-known stars such as Alicia Keys. Despite this, in 2004 he decided to release hisój first album Get Lifted, whose success was largely due to the single Ordinary People – a song heód originally written for the Black Eyed Peas. For hisój debut album, he received three Grammy Awards:<br /> for Best R&B Album, Best New Artist and Best R&B Vocalist.</p> <p>Thanks to his innate musical talent, John Legend quickly found success. In 2006, he performed at events such as Super Bowl XL in Detroit, the NBA All-Star Game, and the Major League Baseball All-Star Game<br /> in Pittsburgh. Soon after, he released several new albumsóon, one of which was Evolver (2008). This album included the song Green Light, whichór Legend performed with Outkast member Andre 3000. The trackór turned out to be quite a hit and made the album itself top the R&B/hip-hop charts.</p> <p>In 2012 Legend decided to tryób something new. He became a coach on the Duet – American talent show. He appeared in the company of celebrities like Kelly Clarkson and Robin Thickie. During the program Legend coached and performed together with the participants. At the end of the same year, the artist recorded a song thatóra found its way onto the soundtrack of Quentin Tarantino's latest film – Django.</p> <p>This year John Legend embarked on a tour to promote his fourth studio album Love in the Future, whichóry is climbing<br /> up the Billboard chart finding itself currently in the top ten of the R&B chart.
