The village was founded in Teutonic times around 1300. At that time a parish was established and the first church was built. During the Polish-Teutonic war in 1414.It was destroyed and rebuilt again. It was once again destroyed in a fire in 1922. It was rebuilt again, using the preserved Gothic walls. A wooden bell tower was built next to the temple in the 19th century. phone (0-56) 688 70 23
