The museum presents the nature of the Bieszczady in a very interesting way. The first part of the exhibition covers the history of the formation of the mountain ranges and the stages of the encompassing areas of the Polishkits of glaciation. You can also see the remains of excavated fossil animals, including a woolly rhinoceros. The exhibition also shows the types of rocks that make up the Bieszczady Mountains and their occurrence in the field. The boards show geological cross-sections of the various mountain ranges. The museum also presents the animals that inhabit the Bieszczady Mountains and the plants found here. Numerous stuffed animals are on display, including a brown bear, lynx, wildcat, fox and wolf. In the showcases you can see dried insect specimens.
