Feedback

  • I gave up even before entering. The parking attendant is a certain unpleasant older man who behaves boorishly towards visitors. For such a greeting dzI am sorry, it is better to see the Museum of Hr. Ostrowski or the bunkers in Konewka, there the employees are nice.

    Very good Stay: July 2013

An interesting exposition. I especially liked the shelter "Tobruk" and the mock-ups of the mills. Of course, I did not miss walking across the street to the "blue springs".

I was at the Heritage Park last year. Very charming place, especially since nearby is the "Blue Springs" Reserve. Skansen is the first museum in Poland onfresh air dedicated to the river, which reports directly to the City of Tomaszow Mazowiecki. If you would like to learn more about my journey, I invite you to visit my website: www.spontanicznepodroze.pl

    Very good Stay: February 2008

The Pilica River Open-Air Museum is one of the most heavily trafficked places in Tomaszow Mazowiecki (especially in the summer). I have personally visited there several times, and the last time in 2008. In addition to its attractiveness in itself, it is also noteworthy that it is located a few hundred meters from another great attraction in Tomaszów, namely the "Blue Springs". What attracts people to this place is not only the exhibitions presented by the open-air museum, but also the performances that take place here (war battle reconstructions - both in summer and winter). In a word, a very interesting place in terms of tourism, perfectly contrasting with the surrounding nature :)

  • The Pilica River Open-Air Museum has been in existence since 2000 and is Poland's first open-air museum dedicated to the river. Initially, it operated as a community museum under the care of thewas the Association of Friends of the Pilica and Nadpilicza (the originator and creator of the institution). Since April 19, 2005, the Heritage Park has functioned as a self-governing cultural institution, reporting directly to the Town Office in Tomaszow Mazowiecki. The basic and consistently implemented premise of the Pilica River Open-Air Museum is to create a living facility, where the nature and history of the river and the cultural space it has created can be explored with all the senses ? sight, hearing, touch and taste. Many exhibits have been given a "second life" at the Pilica River Open Air Museum. The collections are currently gathered in five departments.
