The waters of the thermal pools in Szaflary are rich in potassium, sodium, calcium, iron, magnesium and sulfur. Bathing in the highly mineralized waters has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system, the endocrine system, as well as lowering stress levels and allowing for deep relaxation. The Szaflary Thermal Baths is a complex consisting of four pools (outdoor and indoor) with hydromassage equipment (benches, whips, geysers) and a Saunarium (Finnish, herbal, aromatherapy, infrared, steam sauna). A treat for those looking for a strong thrill will be a slide down a 55-meter slide. The Szaflarskie thermal baths are also worth taking advantage of warming sauna sessions. Intimate ,good solution for families with children - pools are on 1 level easier to watch the children. Relatively to other pools in Podhale inexpensive.
