Magda M. - 18.05.2021<p style="text-align:justify"><strong>The Museum of Nature and Technology in Starachowice was established in 2001 </strong></p> <p style="text-align:justify">It is made up of two plantsblast-furnace plants: an older one from 1841, from which several very interesting buildings have been preserved, and a newer one from <strong>1899</strong> with the only complete process line in Europe preserved for smelting pig iron.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">The museum also has a collection of STAR trucksóproduced in Starachowice between <strong>1948 and 2007 </strong>.</p> <p>These include the first Polish truckówagon STAR 20, the 1988 participant in the 10th Paris – Dakar Rally STAR 266R, and a replica of the only Polish papamobile from the period of John Paul II's First Pilgrimage to Poland in 1979.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Nature at the Starachowice Museum is a modern paleontological exhibition with life-size models of amphibiansów and reptilesów and original tracks of animals living in the Holy Cross Górs during the Triassic and Jurassic eras.
