The Olympic Preparation Center, occupying an area of 22 hectares and the splendid microclimate of the spalskie forests, is famous throughout Poland for its sports traditions. Here they trained wielkie sports stars. The facility has modern infrastructure, where almost all sports can be practiced. The center specializes in domestic and foreign competitive sports, recreation (including for individuals) and organizing team-building events. At the Central Sports Center you can also relax, take care of your health and physical and mental condition at the Olympic Health Center, which has a wide range of rehabilitation and wellness services, also organizing rehabilitation stays for groups and individual guests. On the territory of the center at the disposal of guests are: 2 athletics stadiums, one of which has a 400m circular running track with a tartan surface with full equipment, an athletics hall (the largest in Poland) with a 200m circular running track with a tartan surface, multifunctional halls for sports games, volleyball, basketball, handball and wrestling, judo and karate, a pneumatic shooting range, a fencing room, a weightlifting gym, an indoor swimming pool with a pool length of 25m, 5 tennis courts and beach volleyball courts, a cryotherapy chamber, a salt chamber, wellness and rehabilitation facilities and diagnostic testing rooms.
