The Winter Stadium is located on the outskirts of the Sielec Park in Sosnowiec. This sports facility is two full-size ice sheets with a very modern cooling system.The main rink has an auditorium of nearly 4,000 seats. Ice hockey teams train and play matches at the facility: UKS ?Zagłębie? Sosnowiec ? currently playing in the Premier League, two teams of the non-public high school sports championship school of the Polish Ice Hockey Association ? participating in the First League (older team) and the Central Junior League (younger team). The UKS MOSiR Sosnowiec ice hockey section and figure skating section also train and play their matches. Slides are organized for the residents of our city. Amateur field hockey teams also train. Sosnowiec schools and kindergartens attend the ice rink.
