    Unique Stay: January 2013

Many associate Sierakow primarily with horses. This is because for 180 years there has been a Stallion Stud here, breeding horses of the Wielkopolska breed and Polish ponies. Every yearThe Herd is visited by thousands of tourists who want to enjoy the charms of a horse-drawn carriage ride, a ride on a horse-drawn carriage, or participate in the autumn St. Hubert's Run. The herd - after prior notification can be visited. Interesting places are - carriage house (a collection of carriages from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries) and scrubs (a collection of harnesses). There are interesting specimens of trees on the grounds of the Stud - a 700-year-old oak tree in the park, four old oak trees in the middle of the main square, and in front of the former palace rare Nutkaj cypresses. A carriage ride is a good addition to the tour. The herd also has an interesting range of accommodations.
