The island is located between the Ulga Canal and the Oder River, within the administrative borders of Opole. By locals it is called "Opole's Amazonia" due to the greenery that lines it.rasta. Part of the island is occupied by a historic park with stately oaks, hornbeams and beeches. The island also has a zoo with 1,000 animals. There are ponds and ponds with smaller islands where wild birds live. The island is divided by numerous alleys suitable for both walking and cycling. They also have various types of events here.
